The staff was fantastic, breakfast was free, the location was amazing with close proximity to other hotels, great restaurants, casinos, and Lake Charles.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, definitely worth the money. The location was convenient, being near the interstate and plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved by adding pastries and coffee from 7-9 PM as well. It would be a nice touch to separate themselves from other hotels and offer this unique experience.

The room was immaculate and comfortable, staff was very friendly, hotel itself was clean, and nicely decorated. We've stayed at this location several times and will return if need be.

Staff was very professional,overall the cleanest yet I've seen in Sulphur.I haven't stayed in but 2 or 3 and Hampton was the best.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The handicap bathroom was very roomy. I did like the fact that after a long road trip, I was able to sit while taking a relaxing shower. We would definitely stay their again.

We had originally booked two double beds. Although we did get a king sized bed, that bed was not comfortable at all.

The room was exceptionally clean and the most comfortable bed in the world. My husband stated he felt like a 20 yr old the next morning.I'm sure it was because of a great night sleep. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location, within walking distance to everything you need. They serve a nice hot breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from! 🍳

The room was clean and tidy with a nice bathroom and comfortable decor, complimentary breakfast was tasty and hot, and check-in was a breeze.

Convenient location near the interstate, with plenty of nearby dining options. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a decent selection and ample serving time. The housekeeping staff showed extra care by leaving treats for our children. Quick response and resolution to a TV issue.

Location: the hotel was just off Sulphur and the Hampton and Hampton's and the store. I tried some drinks at bar Coconuts Cajun Grill, located 25 minutes walk away. The breakfast was warm with a huge variety of delicacies...

The location is convenient, 1 mile from The Grove at Heritage Square. It offers complimentary breakfasts and has a great restaurant

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options available. The hotel's location right outside of Lake Charles was convenient, and there were plenty of eating places nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the spacious seating and table area, which provided a comfortable space to relax.

The location of the hotel is in a rather bad neighborhood, but surprisingly, I didn't encounter any problems during my stay. It is conveniently close to area restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.

The coffee served at the hotel was not very good, leaving something to be desired in terms of quality and taste.
